Sessions involve 30 - 40 minutes via Zoom (just click a link in an email sent to you) for assessing your specific needs. Also includes 2 videos: 1) your original session to take you back through the assessment, and 2) a specially-created meditation video geared to meet your on-going needs following your session. Both are shared to private, unlisted Youtube links just for you. You can re-watch your videos as many times as you like for 30 days or you can download and save from Youtube to keep.
