Dedicate your hoop to the mystical powers of Spirit! Create a beautiful Pentacle (Pentagram) or Dreamcatcher using gifts from Mother Nature. Learn about the spiritual properties of these all-important talismans. Energy awareness is an ability built into all living beings. Smudge and other types of harmonizing supplies have been used the world over dating back to pre-recorded history. Learn about how to find the tools that your own ancestors used ages ago as well as which types of supplies make the most sense for your spiritual practices.
Moon Cycles
Flowing with nature allows us to get along more easily in life, to tap into our own personal magic, and to work in partnership with nature. Learn some basics about moon and planetary cycles within a spiritual practice and how to best adapt them to your specific beliefs and needs.
Spells & Prayers
Intention is everything. When we learn to be clear on what we want to achieve in life, that we want to protect ourselves and our loved ones, and that we want to flow with our best selves, we can learn to put spells and prayers into a healthy practice.

I would like to respectfully acknowledge the territory in which I live and work as the ancestral unceded homelands of our First Nations Peoples. I pay my respect to elders both past and present. The teachings shared in this workshop are not mine but rather were kindly passed down and entrusted to me by a First Nations auntie who encouraged me to continue sharing the teachings. They are not intended to replace the teachings of our First Nations communities.
These teachings are not for sale. With honour, any fees or donations relative to this workshop are strictly based on time spent by the facilitator rather than the teachings. If you live locally and are not able to find the supplies needed on your own, please feel free to make arrangements to pick up supplies from me ahead of time --- these are offered free of charge, some of which may have been donated by the same First Nations auntie.
Our aboriginal peoples are a treasure to our nation, continuing to hold sacred space, knowledge, and protection for all the lands and waters and air. I am very grateful to have been invited to partake in a small measure of the vast and rich culture, storytelling, teachings, and ceremonies kindly shared by our aboriginal sisters and brothers. I encourage one and all to seek out an education first hand from those within First Nations cultures kindly offering it.
