The theme will be "Honouring Those Who Have Gone Before Us", which is somewhat continuing from the pre-Samhain broadcast, and also pays homage to this week's Remembrance Day here in Canada. At this time of year, as the cycle of life shifts yet again, we naturally are drawn to remembering those who have gone before us... those who sacrificed for us, our teachers, and our forebears. We also think of the Loved Ones we still have as we begin to move into the holiday season and the joys of having that heart-connection.
There will be some discussion on this theme, as well as a guided meditation to relaxing music.
