A Vision Quest into the Mandala

Man has a vague intuition of a light that burns within him and spreads out and is diffused. In this light his whole personality is concentrated and it develops
around that light.

Mandala is a Sanskrit term meaning “mind circle” and is an art form used across cultures to access deeper states of mind. In this one-day workshop, participants will engage in creating their own Mandala based on theories of sacred geometry. This form of art making is calming to the mind and you will leave the workshop with a sense of
well-being and your own “mind circle”.
Through the sound of a live drum participants will delve deeply into their own consciousness and express that journey in the form of a Mandala.
NO ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Includes: lecture, meditation, and all supplies (16”x16” professional, prepared canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, gold leaf.)
