Every Sunday evening 7 pm - 8:30 pm @ Sadlier House, 751 George St. N. (1/2 block north of Parkhill Rd.) in the front room.
Naturally unwind and uplift your spirits with peaceful meditation and the sharing of spirituality. Join with like-minded people and embark on a journey of self discovery and persoanl growth.
