Thought of the day...

Let's enjoy the beauty of the rain...
It sustains us and is a part of us.
When the day is cool and grey and we feel the urge to cocoon in our blankets we can, at the same time, give honour to Mother Nature and the Rain Spirits by sitting by our windows with our cups of tea, in our safe and warm homes, and allow ourselves to admire the verdant beauty of the outdoors. No need to judge Mother Earth and berate her for what she offers us... let's show some appreciation! No need to act too sensitively, or offensively with our words, when we know we are already being taken care of... we can let ourselves (and the energies of Nature) off the hook by simply acknowlegeing that we are, temporarily, not wanting an all-or-nothing experience. We can just BE... at Nature's side yet within our safe-spaces.
Better yet, for those brave souls who wish to at least make an effort to dive in and be at one with our loving Environment, why not step out the door for just 5 minutes, get soaked, feel the rain on the skin and hair, breathe and smell the rain-air, see the glistening plant life up close, stand on the wet Earth, and hear the distant thunder... all while knowing that you are safe and truly living. You can simply go back inside and change your clothes when you're done -- no biggie.
Point is, we can begin to pay more attention to the type of words we send out to the Mother who is trying to take care of us. Are we using negative or positive language? Are we being verbally abusive to her or are we sending back the love she deserves? No need to judge ourselves either way and, yet, we can happily give ourselves a little pat on the back each time we realize we've treated the Goddess energies respectfully and honourably. *gentle smiles and an easy breath*
We really are lucky.

Workshop & Spiritual Cinema Film...

"Manifesting Your Soul Mate"

Workshop

By letting the Universe know what it is you truly desire, bringing into your life the partner you have always wished for and deserve to find... in "Manifesting Your Soul Mate", you take the step toward making your wishes come true. This workshop will show you how to set your intentions to get started towards it.

Through meditation and prayer you will learn how to rid yourself of old belief systems and learn how to bring your love intentions into reality. Using fun, creativity, scissors and magazines and glue to create a manifesting board.

Will it work? It did for me... after all if you try and put forth your intentions you'll get what you need. Bring a pen, and a book or paper for writing... all else supplied.

Thought of the day...

Just a little blip about my feelings of late. Gratitude is so important to our growth and well being. I've been seeing the message everywhere and feeling this, deeply, within myself. While this is no new concept to me, as I've been slowly and oh so lovingly reading and enjoying Kahuna Harry Uhane Jim's book "Wise Secrets of Aloha", the message and its energy has, again, been making its waves through my being. Each time I access a friend, a colleague, a family member, I know just how lucky I am. Thank You Universe!!!
Exercise for the day...
Pick something to be grateful for, or many things ( and I highly recommend you select YOURSELF to express gratitude to as part of this exercise ). Say "Thank You" and mean it. Do it slowly and allow the bliss to permeate your cells. Take a good, comfortable and healthy breath and let it just "Be" within you. And then... BE HAPPY !!! Enjoy. :)

Thank You Sherry Crawford !!

New Workshop Fee...

Harry Uhane Jim has decided to lower the cost of the upcoming August Lomilomi workshop to $350 Canadian. Some places to cut costs have been found to make the course more affordable in these tough economic times. Harry does not want to lose this opportunity to share the skills and teachings that are so needed at this time in our world. To contact Randy Morrow to register, you can e-mail him at easygoingrandy@hotmail.com or you can scroll down, here, to find out more about the workshop. Aloha & Blessings.
